1 stick unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the butter for about 30 seconds or until creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, honey, and cinnamon; beat until well combined. It will be light, and fluffy. This usually takes about 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve immediately or can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Will just need to bring to room temperature before serving.
